Walking 500 miles between the highest mountains in Wales, England, and Scotland

In 2019, I was approaching the three-year anniversary of a bad rock-climbing accident where I fell 40 ft down the Avon Gorge and broke my back and both feet. Once I had recovered enough, I decided to take on a challenge, by climbing Snowdon, Scafell Pike, and Ben Nevis, and walking all the way between them, to raise money for Spinal Research. This blog documents how it went.
